Chester man recovering from injuries after serious attack outside Crewe station
 

Rob Stratford A Chester man is recovering after being attacked by a gang outside Crewe station.
The victim suffered a broken eye socket in the savage assault.
The 44-year-old was walking along Nantwich Road near the railway station with two friends at 11pm on October 8.
They were approached by a group of people who then attacked the man.
He will require ‘ongoing hospital treatment’ for his ‘serious’ facial injuries.
