Chelsea told to pay £35m to secure Ross Barkley transfer

Chelsea have been told to cough up £35million to secure the transfer of Ross Barkley after seeing an initial bid rejected.
The Blues are desperately trying to push through several deals on deadline day, with the Everton midfielder one of their top targets.
Antonio Conte’s side offered the Toffees £25m to bring the England international to Stamford Bridge but it was flatly rejected by their Premier League rivals.
Barkley is, however, free to leave should that £35m fee be matched, according to the Daily Telegraph.
