Chelsea man joins England set-up ahead of World Cup qualifiers

The coach was already working with Southgate with the Under-21s on top of his job with Chelsea.
And now he's joined the interim boss as first team coach for the national side.
Chelsea centre-back Gary Cahill, who was named in Southgate's first squad, says he's looking forward to linking up with Holland during the international break.
