Ched Evans eyeing a Wales recall after the Chesterfield striker was cleared of rape at retrial: 'I need to let my football do the talking'



Ched Evans is hoping to eventually win a recall to the Wales side after he was found not guilty of the rape of a 19-year-old woman following a retrial.
The St Asaph-born striker, 27, has 13 caps for his country and does not want that to be the final tally following his acquittal at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday.
Former Manchester City academy star Evans, who is currently with League One Chesterfield, told Sportsmail: 'Maybe in the future, depending on how many performances and goals I can score, maybe I can get back in. I think it will be a case of just letting the football do the talking... read more
