Charity moves to reasssure residents worried over 'halfway house' plans on East Marsh



A CHARITY has moved to allay residents' fears about the type of accommodation it is planning to provide on Grimsby's East Marsh.
Residents have raised concerns over the use of the phrase "halfway housing" in paperwork submitted to North East Lincolnshire Council's planning department by Grimsby-based Foresight.
