Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers urges Scotland to overhaul approach and end decades of disappointment



Brendan Rodgers last night urged Scotland’s coaches to shine a torch on 20 years of national failure and have the courage to turn it around.
The Celtic manager shared his adopted homeland’s frustration at this week’s failure to make the World Cup play-offs, shouting at the TV as the Scots crashed out.
Now the campaign and Gordon Strachan’s reign is over the Parkhead boss believes this is the time to make fundamental changes.
Not lip service but rather real changes to a country’s entire philosophy.
