Cat who went missing in Birstall explosion turns up safe 2 months on



A cat who went missing in a devastating gas explosion in Birstall has been found two months later.
Daisy, who is owned by the Jasper family, was lost when the blast in Allington Drive destroyed two homes and damaged 50 more in December.
Janet Jasper ,79, was in bed when the blast happened and she suffered serious injuries.
She was airlifted to hospital but later died.
Her husband John, 80, was also taken to hospital but only suffered minor injuries.
The couple's son Anthony, 50, lived at the Allington Drive home with his parents, but was staying with his fiancée on the day of the blast.
