And Carol Vorderman proved her beauty has stood the test of time as she embarked on a gruelling outdoor workout in Bristol on Friday. 
The television personality, 57, showed off her incredible physique in skintight gym wear during the high-octane circuits class. 
Carol slipped her trim figure in a pair of black red-striped leggings which highlighted her lithe limbs.
