Carlisle bank manager who stole almost £140,000 from customers jailed
 

A bank's assistant manager has been sentenced to three years in prison for stealing more than £130,000 from customers.
Adam McGinley, 35, of Waldegrave Road, Carlisle, was sentenced today at the city's crown court after earlier pleading guilty to 29 counts of theft.
The offences date from January 2011 to February 2016 when McGinley used his position at Barclays Bank to steal a total of £137,972.97 from 29 customers.
