Carer pushed to the ground by gang who steal safe from disabled man's home

A carer was shoved to the ground by a gang that forced their way into a disabled man’s Halewood home and stole a safe.
Three men - each with his face covered - pushed their way into the house after the female carer answered the doorbell.
Police have slammed the thieves as cowardly and are now appealing to anyone with information about the raid to come forward.
The men targeted the home, on Anglia Way, at around 9pm on Saturday.
After forcing their way inside they seized a safe - said to have contained a quantity of cash - and fled on foot.
