A car and a child have been involved in a collision outside a Tesco Extra in Derbyshire.
The crash was reported to police at 10.53am today and it was said the child had "bleeding to the face". But when officers arrived at the scene near Tesco Extra in Rutland Street, Ilkeston, it appeared the child had only suffered minor injuries.
A Derbyshire police spokeswoman said: "There has been a collision involving a car and a child in Ilkeston next to the entrance of Tesco in Ilkeston, on Rutland Street.
