Cancer victim's impossible choice to terminate her baby or die and leave her son without a mum

A Wirral mum diagnosed with incurable cancer had to choose between terminating her second child or leaving her first without a mum.
Helen Nutter, a CBT therapist at Talk Liverpool, was 14 weeks pregnant and about to go on a family holiday with Matt and Louie when her cancer was diagnosed.
The 32-year-old was on antibiotics for a cough but was sent for tests when doctors became concerned she could have a blood clot.
