Canada overcomes 'cold feet' to join world leaders in MAJOR trade deal despite Trump SNUB
 

The 11 nations and the US signed the TPP in 2016.
However, Donald Trump pulled the US out of the TPP in January shortly after taking office.
He claimed leaving the agreement was a “great thing for the American worker”.
A statement has been issued which says that an agreement was reached on “core elements” of the 11-member pact.
The 11 countries concerned, all of which border the Pacific Ocean, are Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam.
