Canada deal seals major trade boost for Welsh Lamb exports
 

Sheep farming in Wales received a major export boost with news of a deal to supply Welsh Lamb to more than 300 stores in Canada.
Welsh Lamb has been available in eastern Canada for a few years but its availability was relatively small.
Now a major retail chain has agreed to stock the meat in hundreds of shops across the country, backed by a series of tasting promotions.
Branded, skin-packed PGI Welsh Lamb cutlets will be available in stores operated by the Loblaw Companies Ltd, the largest food retailer in Canada.
