Can you train for a half marathon in just four weeks doing HIIT and spin?
 

ICYMI, I ran the London Marathon back in April.
It was an amazing experience (in hindsight), but because I’m chronically disorganised, I left myself very little time to train in.
While most people spend 18-20 weeks preparing for it, I went from 5k to 42k in 12 weeks. It was doable but it was a slog.
The physiotherapist I saw after the race told me that it’d only really been possible to train in such a short space of time because of the extra stuff I’d been doing on top of my weekly mileage.
