Campaign launches to save waste plant



0 Comments Powys County Council is planning to shut or downgrade Welshpool Recycling Centre, run by Potters.
Councillor Graham Breeze, chairman of Welshpool Town Council’s council services and property committee, hit out at the plan and launched a campaign to protect it.
