Calderdale schools gain recognition for their healthy eating
 

Last week seven Calderdale schools that are transforming their food culture by serving healthy, fresh meals were celebrated at a Food for Life Awards Ceremony.
Pupils, teachers and caterers enjoyed an afternoon of celebration, with local stakeholders and special guests including The Mayor of Calderdale, Councillor Howard Blagbrough, who presented the awards.
Beech Hill Junior and Infant School, Longroyde Junior School, Cragg Vale Primary and St John’s Primary in Rishworth all received their Bronze Awards.
