Caernarfon man found dead in woods had left Ysbyty Gwynedd A&E during neck injury treatment
 

A man being treated for a neck injury at Ysbyty Gwynedd’s accident and emergency department left the unit and was later found dead, an inquest heard.
The body of Dervyn Thomas, 45, of Caernarfon, was found in woodland near Tesco in Bangor on October 2.
He had been reported missing to police on September 22.
