Business leaders stress need for foreign workers



Business leaders in Scotland have called for lower taxes and continued access to overseas workers as figures out today highlighted growing pressure on profits coupled with recruitment challenges.
The latest Scottish Chambers of Commerce’s (SCC) quarterly economic indicator report found that in the wake of the EU referendum, businesses again reported weaker trends in both performance and optimism than last year.
