Burton Albion 0-2 Sunderland: Black Cats seal first victory in 17 games as Chris Coleman's side climb off bottom of the Championship table



Chris Coleman won’t care. Neither will the Sunderland fans, who sang and shouted all afternoon.
It wasn’t pretty and it certainly wasn’t entertaining, but James Vaughan’s headed goal and George Honeyman’s low finish in the last ten minutes, ticked two boxes for Coleman as he attempts to drag the Black Cats out of the mire.
Achievement number one was that the two goals sealed Sunderland’s first win in the league since August.
