Builder Anthony Mander jailed for conning victims in Knutton, Bentilee and Crackley out of £3.8k



SERIAL fraudster Anthony Mander is back behind bars after conning three more victims out of thousands of pounds for work he failed to carry out at their homes.
The 54-year-old builder had been on licence after serving a previous prison term for 29 counts of fraud when he targeted elderly couple Phyllis and Terry Lewis.
Stafford Crown Court heard how he persuaded them to hand over £2,863 to have 10 windows replaced at their house in Knutton.
