Broxtowe mum's four kids missed school 276 times

Four children were repeatedly absent from school - racking up a total of 276 missed days - magistrates heard.
Their mum blamed her medical problems for the truancy.
The woman, who lives in Broxtowe, was put on probation for a year and must attend ten days of special training sessions. She has to pay a £60 government surcharge.
The court heard today that they have not missed a single class since September.
