British stewards accused of 'turning a blind eye' to non-triers and cheating



British stewards have been accused by a leading form-book organisation of failing to crack down on non-triers and cheating.
A Timeform editorial in Chasers and Hurdlers magazine highlighted what they perceive to be a dereliction of duty by the British Horseracing Authority. Ireland has stepped up efforts to prevent cheating but Timeform claim stewards in Britain ‘turn a blind eye, or actually seem blind, to non-triers’.
