A man who found fame online when he proposed at Mecca Bingo killed himself just weeks later, his heartbroken fiancée has revealed.
Kayleigh Delamare, who got engaged to 30-year-old Aaron Stopp at the Birkenhead branch of the bingo chain, told the ECHO about his tragic death in the hope of raising awareness about mental health issues.
The 30-year-old care assistant, from Rock Ferry, spoke of her devastation at the news less than three weeks after their unusual proposal video went viral .
