Brexit housebuilding boom: Now construction activity SOARS
 

Construction output last month grew at its fastest rate since March, leaping to 52.3 last month, from 49.2 in August, according to Markit's Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) survey.
Any number above 50 signals the sector is growing.
The survey showed Brexit-related worry seen immediately after the June vote has largely died down among clients, as construction orders picked up.
Housebuilding is now at an eight-month high, showed the data, while employment rose for the second month running.
