Boy, 16, attacked with 'brick in a bag' in attempted robbery in Cleethorpes
 

A 16-year-old boy has been attacked with a 'brick in a bag' in an attempted robbery in Cleethorpes.
The incident took place around 11pm last night on Hardys Road in the resort, when it is believed the boy was attacked by a man, believed to be in his 40s, who swung "a bag with a brick in it" at the boy's head in an attempt to take his bicycle.
The boy luckily managed to escape any injury and made off safely from the man.
Humberside Police have confirmed that they received a call about the incident, and investigations are on going.
