Boy, 11, dies day after going into hospital for a routine hip operation
 

An 11-year-old boy died after undergoing a routine hip operation in hospital.
Joshua Molyneux, who had a rare heart condition, was taken into Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool on January 27.
But his health immediately deteriorated while in hospital and he died on January 28.
Joshua’s cause of death was recorded by Coroner Anita Bhardwaj as cardio-respiratory failure, due to arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.
