Boost to Uttoxeter fire crew as candidates volunteer to address staff shortage
 

The crew manning Uttoxeter Community Fire Station could be set to nearly double as bosses look to address an emergency cover shortage.
The Advertiser recently revealed that, between March 2015 and March 2016, the fire engine at Uttoxeter's station was unavailable to respond to emergencies 25 per cent of the time.
