Bookies update: Slaven Bilic's odds slashed to be first Premier League boss sacked
 

The Croatian has endured a disastrous start to the season, with West Ham sitting in the relegation zone after losing five of their opening six Premier League games.
The Hammers also failed to qualify for the Europa League group stages after losing to Romanian minnows Astra Giurgiu in the play-offs last month.
West Ham co-owner David Sullivan revealed in March that the club would offer Bilic a bumper new contract in January if he carried over last season's form - which saw them achieve a seventh-place finish.
