Bogan's Carpets site could be transformed into nine storey apartment block

The former Bogan’s carpet warehouse in the Baltic Triangle could be the latest site to house new apartments.
Plans have been submitted to Liverpool council for a nine-storey block providing 164 new flats on the New Bird Street site.
Under the proposals, submitted by Miami Ltd, there would also be 98 car parking spaces and storage for 164 bicycles..
The plans are the latest in a long line of residential developments to have sprung up in the Baltic in recent years - including major developments at Norfolk House and at St James Court.
