Blacon rooftop siege man 'wanted to go down like killer Raoul Moat'
 

A man who attacked a shopkeeper before a rooftop standoff in Blacon - in which he told police he wanted to “go out” like vigilante gunman Raoul Moat - has been jailed.
Ricky Jones had been involved in an attack on Warren Hughes at the Cash For You shop in Chester Road, Flint.
The day after the incident, he and two accomplices were chased by police. When their car crashed, Jones managed to escape.
He was a week later tracked down by police, but got onto the roof of his flat, throwing tiles down onto the ground below.
