Stephen Gleeson reckons his relatively modest goal-scoring record counted for him against Blackburn on Saturday.
The Birmingham City midfielder’s 63rd minute strike proved the difference between Blues and a limited but determined Rovers side.
It was also his first of the season, and only his second since January, and came after he had already found space but missed two presentable chances.
