Holidaymakers have branded Birmingham Airport a ‘shambles’ after staffing issues plunged the travel hub into chaos AGAIN - with massive delays, missing luggage and grounded planes.
Passengers jetting off to Crete on Tuesday were faced with a TWO HOUR wait on the tarmac, while other travellers complained of lost luggage and long delays at baggage collection.
The delays came at the start of the school summer holidays - usually the busiest time of the year.
