Bird flu outbreak puts Denmark in lockdown as H5N8 'has spread to entire country'

Experts believe bird flu "has already spread to the entire country" after two tufted ducks were discovered to have the illness during the weekend.
The aggressive strain of flu, known as H5N8, was found in Copenhagen’s Christiania district and the other on the island of Møn.
Danish Food and Veterinary Service agent Stig Mellergaard said: "We are quite certain that the bird flu has already spread to the entire country. It is likely only a question of time until we receive reports from the rest of the country.
"This is very, very serious."
