Biker Darron Pearson 'lucky to be alive' after gust of wind blows him into car



A Hull man says he is lucky to be alive after a gust of wind blew his motorbike into the oncoming path of a 4x4.
Darron Pearson, 48, was on his way back from refereeing a Saturday football match when high winds swept his bike onto the opposite side of the road as he negotiated a corner on the A1033 between Patrington and Easington.
The driver of the oncoming car swerved to avoid hitting Mr Pearson head on, but his bike clipped the side of the vehicle and he was catapulted into the middle of the road.
