Big freeze to continue in south Cumbria tomorrow



Forecasters say it will feel as cold as -2C in Barrow as the freeze carries on into the working week.
Forecasters had warned gales and a severe chill effect would pose strenuous walking conditions in the Lake District over the weekend.
They said the summits of Helvellyn, Skiddaw and Scafell Pike could feel as low as -13C and -14C.
The Met Office said: "Wind significantly lowers the feels-like temperature relative to the actual temperature, with even moderate winds significantly adding to the chilling effect.
