Bestwood grandad's death was 'covered-up' says family at inquest

The family of a 75-year-old great-grandfather who died on holiday in Benidorm believe he was murdered and that his death was covered-up by the Spanish police.
Alan Rankin's body was found at the bottom of a cliff two kilometres from the centre of the Spanish resort two years ago and foreign authorities labelled the incident an accidental death.
However, following intervention by his family and British police, a British forensic pathologist said that Alan had suffered head injuries consistent with an attack by an object like a hammer.
