Ben Foster plans to finish career at West Brom

The former England goalkeeper knows the key to his footballing longevity could be himself.
The 33-year-old relies on his own gut feelings about managing his body after a couple of serious injuries.
He reached the 150-game milestone for The Baggies against Sunderland at the weekend and is aiming to double that before he quits.
Foster said: I was really happy to reach that mark and I hope there’s another 150 to come.”
Foster missed half of last season with a knee injury and now relies heavily on self awareness to keep in tip-top shape.
