BBC News presenter taken off air for comparing government to Nazis
 

The BBC is famously impartial, as far as that is possible.
But one of its veteran employees apparently didn’t get that memo, and went on Facebook to describe the government as ‘new Nazis’.
Danny Carpenter, who presents the local news segment BBC Look North, had strong words for Theresa May and her new cabinet.
In a post earlier this month, the Sun reported he said: ‘Now let’s see the Labour Party grow some proper balls and unite in the lobbies to vote out every cynical, vicious, racist and xenophobic piece of legislation these new Nazis propose.’
