Baseball bat-wielding burglar who attacked father and son is locked up
 

A baseball bat-wielding burglar who attacked a father and son in their home has been locked up for five years.
Quick-tempered David Currell, 20, went to a Teesside home armed with a 4ft baseball bat on January 26.
The father answered the door and, realising there would be trouble, tried to shut it, but Currell forced his way in, pushed him to the floor and beat him with the weapon.
When his son tried to intervene, Currell battered him too.
