Barrow schoolchildren get baking in preparation for Macmillan coffee morning



Melissa Redhead, 25, who lives in Askam, recently suffered heartache after a family member died from the disease and encouraged Newton Primary School to host a cake sale and coffee morning to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Her daughter, Ella Greaves, three, goes to the school's nursery and together with other children donned her pinny and chef hat to bake up a storm in preparation for tomorrow's fundraiser.
