Ban for Millom drink driver who was in road collision



Otis Holliday, 21, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court today and pleaded guilty to driving while being over legal limit.
The Barrow court heard that police were called to a two car collision on August 13, involving Holliday, who was driving an Audi.
The incident took place on Horn Hill, Millom and police smelt alcohol on Holliday's breath.
His breath test reading was 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol.
