Baby girl born with her intestines OUTSIDE her stomach given life-saving surgery
 

The infant was born with a congenital defect which resulted in her intestines being pushed outside of her tummy. 
Jimi Ramciyari, two, has had the olive-sized ‘lump’ since birth and as she grew so did the lump.
Growing up in a small tribal village in Assam in northeast India, the young girl was given life-saving treatment. 
A family member said: “When we saw the protrusion we got scared but we didn’t go to the doctor.
“Eventually the protrusion increased in size as she grew older.”
The lump on the front of Jimi's stomach weighted 2kg making it near impossible for her to walk or move. ... read more
