The first Ashes Test is brilliantly poised after two days at the Gabba, with Australia on 165 for four in reply to England's 302.
England's much maligned top order put together some good runs and they made early inroads into the Aussie top order, however their captain Steve Smith is menacingly poised on 64 not out.
