Q. Should I moisturise more in winter?
A. The combination of central heating and the dry, cold air outside draws moisture away from the body and can cause the skin to dry out. 
So moisturising more at this time of year is probably a good idea, particularly if you suffer from eczema - flare-ups are more likely during winter months.
It's also important to stay well hydrated because this will help stop your skin from drying out.
