CAN YOU RUN UP THE STAIRS?  
Yes, I run up the stairs all the time where I live at home with my parents. Given I spend ten hours a week in the gym and 25 hours training in the pool, I’m pretty fit. 
Ironically, training in the gym is where a swimmer’s physique is honed, not the pool. 
I do a lot of weights, bench presses, deadlifts and pull-ups to build lean muscle.
GET YOUR FIVE A DAY?  
Definitely. I have two vegetables every meal, even breakfast when I might have tomatoes and mushrooms, and overall I probably get ten portions of fruit and veg a day because it’s healthy fuel.
