Arsenal's Alexandre Lacazette ruled out for up to six weeks after undergoing surgery on his knee with striker set to miss Carabao Cup final

Arsenal could be without Alexandre Lacazette for six weeks after the French striker underwent surgery on his left knee. 
The club confirmed Lacazette had an anthroscopy on his knee on Tuesday morning and will be on the sidelines for between four and six weeks as a result.
Arsenal described the knee surgery as a 'minor procedure' but said Lacazette will now undergo a period of rehabilitation.
