Arsenal make £90m bid for Monaco attacking midfielder Thomas Lemar after Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain sale



Arsenal have revived their interest in Thomas Lemar and have made a potential British record £90million bid for the Monaco midfielder.
The Gunners saw Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain complete his £35million move to Liverpool on transfer deadline day - after rejecting a new contract offer - and risk also losing Alexis Sanchez to Manchester City.
They see France international Lemar as a replacement for Sanchez and placate fans should the Chilean exit the Emirates Stadium.
