Arrest made following Chester attack on 80-year-old pensioner
 

Police have arrested a 63-year-old local man in connection with a 'cowardly' attack on a pensioner in Chester city centre.
The 80-year-old victim was left with cuts and bruises after he was assaulted in broad daylight at around 11am on Monday, September 19.
Minutes earlier, he was involved in a verbal dispute with his attacker - who was described as a middle-aged male cyclist - on Crook Street, but the victim was walking away down an alleyway towards Watergate Street when he was pushed to the floor from behind.
