Arrest made after vehicle crashes into house in Tuxford



Police have made an arrest after a vehicle crashed into a house in Tuxford.
The impact of the vehicle left a gaping hole in the front of the new-build house in Ollerton Road on Thursday, January 4.
Engineers had to take down the front wall of the top floor to prevent it from collapsing.
Officials have confirmed a 32-year old man has been arrested, though he has since been released under investigation.
Internal stud walls and brickwork were left exposed by the impact, with wall insulation hanging out of the ruined house, which was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
